You truly must have the patience of a saint! I live on 10 acres and my dog Spirit had always had the run of the place until someone built a house behind us.(all the other "neighbors" knew and loved Spirit). They complained, so she had to start staying in the house or fence. She got out one day and said neighbor called animal control which resulted in a "failure to control animal" citation for me. (wish they had just called me). I never got a notice of court or anything but a year and a half later I was actually ARRESTED and spent a day in jail for this charge! Needless to say, I am not a fan of dog-intolerant neighbors! Communication, people!!! Wow! You truly must have the patience of a saint!
